Stick Flick

Stick Flick the Animation software that lets you create stick figure animations, very, very easily. It was inspired by a similar program called "Pivot". I was not happy with Pivot for a number of reasons, so I decided to build my own.

Three weeks later, I have the first draft of the program running. Its a little rough around the edges, but fully functional, and it surpasses Pivot in many areas too.

Despite the name, you aren't limited to simple stick figures, in fact I've already started creating some characters that put stickmen to shame. I use Cairo to render (draw) the figures, so unlike Pivot, there aren't any jagged edges. What's more, Stick Flick doesn't limit you to just one colour per stickman. I could go on, but that would stop me from tidying some of the lose ends before Stick Flick is launched.
